Hi, there!!
I didn’t write blog for a long time.

Then, Today I went to research dive.
I think I showed you macro creatures recently.

So, I will show you schools of fishes today.

Now, there are so many fishes in bayside dive point.

There are Russell’s snapper, yellow stripe goat fish, Banded boar fish and so on.
I think this place is the best for taking  a pic of schools of fishes or observing  them.

In this year, the number of White-caudal chromis is more than usual.
The color is yellow, so it’s so beautiful!!

When you make a safety stop, you can see this situation in sunny day.

It looks like aurora. Don’t you think so?

Of course, there are  also so many macro creatures.
Now, the number of emperor shrimp is increasing .

At the end of dive, I can meet lion fish on the top of rock.
It’s so big!!

The visibility is very good and you must be going to enjoy diving!!

So, we can enjoy diving without stress.

The visibility is so good!!
All guest looks like enjoying their diving.

Then, I dived in bayside dive point.
There are many small and tiny creatures.

So, The diver who like taking a pics of macro creatures can enjoy in Kushimoto now.
It’s becoming a sea where you don’t have to worry about what to take.

Today, we enjoyed taking  underwater  pictures .

Today’s guest said that he had never seen this shrimp.

The shrimp is called “Laomenes cornutus”.
It’s rare shrimp in Kushimoto.

And he also favorites “Short-bodied pipe fish”.

There are beautiful seaweed behind this fish.
I like this picture (^^)

Then, I joined the group that is called ” Nudibranch  lovers’ association”.
The group have five members. And the theme of this group is searching  many Nudibranchs in Kushimoto area.

So, I try to look for more Nudibranchs as much as I can.
If you are interested in Nudibranchs, Please come to our shops.

I wanna look for Nudibranch with you.

After the effects of  COVID-19 have diminished , I will do my best  guests from overseas to enjoy diving in Kushimoto!!!

Today, we practice taking a pic with using Fisheye lens.
The condition is so good for practicing !!!!

There are so many Whitesaddle goatfishes in Kushimoto now.
So, we took a pic of it.

There are a thousand of this fish in this area, I guess.
You can enjoy taking photographs, I think.

And, I want to recommend you this place.
The situation is so beautiful, isn’t it?

In kushimoto, there are big coral that color is red.

The color type is so beautiful.
So, this situation is one of popular point in Kushimoto area.

Last, I show you a surprising sight.

It is the scene that a moray is attacking to Lobster .
The moray bite lobster very hard.

I was so excited to see such a situation (^^)

Diving is fun because you don’t know what will happen!!!

Today , we go to the point of out of ocean for the first time in a while.
We can meet many small creatures.

Then,  I saw the squirt that looks like Panda.

Japanese usually call it “Panda Hoya”.

In addition , there are many frog fish and Nudibranchia in Kuhsimoto.

When you want to take a pic of small creature, You can enjoy diving in Kushimoto.

The waves were high yesterday but today is a calm.
We can dive easier than yesterday.

Today, we practice to take a pictures  of macro creatures with using microscope mode by OLUMPUS.

When you take a picture of Nudibranchs, it is useful!!
This mode can shoot 1mm object.

As soon as I told the guest how to shoot in the morning,  he mastered the microscope  mode.

This size is 1mm. But, He took a perfect picture of it.
I was surprised at how quickly he could take a perfect picture .

We can also meet beautiful Nudibranch.

It is so beautiful, isn’t it?
When I find it, I’m so happy.

In the end , he took such a beautiful picture.

If you can master the microscope  mode, there will be more ways to enjoy diving, I think.

There aren’t many guests in the coming season, so it’s perfect for practicing.

We go to “Sanbira” for the first time in a while.

A strong westerly wind has continued since last night.
So, the wave are getting higher.
For that reason, we can go to Sumisaki area in the morning but we cannot go to the area again.

We have been diving  in “Sanbira” where the waves are hard to rise for next dive.

There are many kinds of corals. So, the view is so wonderful!!
And there are many butterfly fish in the corals.

If you go to deeper area in this point, you may be able to meet “Gymnura japonica”.
We could meet it today!!

It is difficult to find this ray because it hides in the sand.
When we search this ray, we also meet small Red Lionfish.

The fins is so beautiful!! So, I like this fish.
How about you?

In addition, there were many kinds of creatures such as shrimp and Nudibranch in “Sanbira”.

I wanna take a movie in this point with using GoPro.
I think I can take a movie of coral reef and fishes that seems like southern ocean.
When I finish taking movie, I update it at Youtube.

Forecast said the sea condition will be  getting better tomorrow.
So I think you will be able to  enjoy diving more in Kushimoto!!
