We could see many fishes today!!.

I went to diving for seeing a school of fishes and Ecological behavior of underwater creautres.

In this season, Big-fin reef squid is laying an eggs on seaweed.

The size is so big, so we can see the exciting situation in our dive site now!!!

And some Anemone fish also lay an eggs.

We can see the eggs for the first time in this year!!!
I think many Anemone fish will start laying an eggs after this time.

I want to show you this fishes the best today!!

There are so many Chicken Grunt in bayside area.
The number would be 500 I guess.
It’s so dynamic !!!! It looks like Barracuda, doesn’t it??

We can meet a school of fishes at end of the dive.

They suddenly get close to us and swam around us!!!
It is so lucky thing!!!!

The water temperature is changing day by day.
But, it is getting warmer and warmer.

Overseas tourist will come to our shop on nextweek.
I try to search some underwater creatures that make them happy.

The water temperature is getting warmer!!
I think I can dive with wet suit now.

We can find out cute frog fish today!!

The number of frog fish is getting fewer.
So, the finding is so lucky !!!

And we could see a interesting combination today.

Two shrimps lives in holes next to each other.
The body color is so beautiful!!
So, I like this shrimp.

Next one is this pics.

Skeleton shrimp ride on a sea slug!!
Some shrimp ride on a sea slug but this case is so rare!!!

Others, there is Japanese pigmy sea horse in bay side area.
This sea horse lives in Japan only.

In this season, we can see a spawning behavior of Big fin reef squid.

That scene is so dynamic!!!
I want everyone to see this behavior !!!

We met so many Greater Amberjack

The sea become calm.
So, we could dive without stress today.

At the morning, we went to the dive point of out of the ocean.
There wasn’t big fishes, but we could see various of macro creatures.

This shrimp is called “Emperor shirimp” in English.
They usually live on the seaslug.
The color of the background is so beautiful. So, many Japanese divers likes this satiation.

At second dives, we met so many Greater Amberjack!!!
The size is huge !!!!
This scene is so exciting !!!!

Others, we sould meet Giant frog fish at last dive.

The size is also big!!!
When we went to the area that we don’t usually go, I could find it!!

I think it is important thing to go to the area that we don’t usually go.

Then, the sea condition will be calm tomorrow!!!!
I wish we will be able to dive without stress.

We can dive in a whole day.

The whether forecast said there is high waves and strong wind today.
But, there isn’t high waves today. So, we can dive in a whole day(^^)

The water temperature is getting warmer at the morning but finally it is changes the same temperature as yesterday…

At the morning, we could see Japanese angel shark.

The shark is usually seen in winter season.
It looks like stingray, doesn’t it??

Due to the meandering of the Kuroshio Current, the underwater environment is also changing slightly.
The fish lives in east area few years ago, but it is seen in Kushimoto area recently.

Also, there is cute eel in bay side area.

The color of the mouth is beautiful(^^)
So, I like this fish!!!

It will be sunny tomorrow. And the sea condition become calm as well.
I guess we can dive easier than today.

The sea condition was good today!!!
There is no waves and surge. So we can enjoy diving today as well.

I saw rare seaslug today.

I had never seen it before. I’m so happy to see it!!!

There are many kinds of anthias in some dive point.

The color of this anthias is so beautiful.
So, many diver likes this fish for taking a picture.

When the water temperature become 20 degree, we can see many goby.

I saw Black sailfin goby today.
There are other gobies as well in the same area.

Have you ever this fish?? The fish lives in the drift seaweed.
When we make a safety stop, we sometimes are able to see this fish near the surface.

We will go to diving three times tomorrow .
It will be rainy day. But sea condition will be good, I guess.

We will enjoy diving tomorrow as well!!

We held Kushimoto underwater photo contest award reception yesterday.
The contest has long history. It continues 33 years.

In this reception, I can see many photographs.
So, I like to join it.

Then, As for underwater, the visibility is getting better than yesterday.
The surface area is still white, but the bottom area is clear.

Today, I could find out rare shrimp.

Periclimenaeus gorgonidarum SP.
We can see it one or two times in a year.
So, I’m so happy when I can find out it.

In spring season, there are so many sea weeds.
Some sea slug live on the sea weed.

The form is so cute. I like this sea slug!!
The size is 1mm haha
It is hard to see it with your eyes only. Do you wanna see tiny underwater creatures?

Others, there are many kinds of macro creatures in bay side area.

We will be closed for 4 days starting tomorrow.
So, I go back to my parents house.

I hope the visibility is getting better at Friday.

It was rainy day…
But the sea condition was calm today!!

I went to diving with American guest.
I’m happy foreigner tourist to come to our shop.

She said there are various of creature in Kushimoto.
I think so!!! Kushimoto area has various of underwater creatures.

I introduced many kind of underwater creatures unique to Japan.

First of all, I could find “Japanese pigmy sea hourse”.
I usually want every foreigner divers to see it!!

The size is so tiny!!!
It is hard to take a pic of that. But, it can be seen in japan only.

And that fish lives in Japan’s sea only.
That name is “Japanese pigmy angel fish”.

The body color is so beautiful!!!
When you dive in Japan, you should see it, I guess.

We did three dives in a day!!
I hope she enjoyed todays diving!!

Other foreigner tourist will come to our shop on Wednesday.
I will try to find out many kinds of underwater creatures.

I went to diving for searching tiny nudibranchs today.
At first dive, the guest wanna see tiny Pikachu nudibranch, so I went to the dive point which can see it.

The color seems like Pokemon Pikachu. So we call it “Pikachu”.
The size is 2mm. It’s so tiny!!!

There are many Pikachu recently. If you wanna see it, you can see easily in this season.

At second dives, I saw these tiny nudibranchs.

These size is also 2mm~3mm.
In witer season, Some Japanese diver like searching for tiny underwatar creatures.

Of course, there are various of underwater creatures expected nudibranchs.
If you like see macro creatures, I recommend you to dive in this season.

And if you like Nudibranch, Now is the best season to see them.

Japanese sea has 4 seasons, so you can see different situation every season.
Please come and see the expressions of the sea in each of the four seasons.

As the seasons progress, the underwater environment is also changing, I guess.

The nudibranch species that we could see are changing.
I could see cute nudibranch.

It seems like ladybug, isn’t it?
The form is so cute. So many Japanese diver likes it!!!

And Our guest could find rare nudibranch.

The nudi was walking on the sand.
I think she look for some food. I hope she can find some food she likes soon.

If you wanna see various of nudibranch, I recommend you to come to Kushimoto from Dec to March.
If you come to here in this term, you can see many kinds of nudibranchs.

At the end of last dive, we could met rare ray.

The shape is so cool!!!
